As our items are personalised they cannot be returned under the distant sellers act, personalised goods are exempt.
Downloadble prints are also excempt from returns and refunds.
In the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged please contact us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours after the day you received the goods, stating your order number.
Please note that personalised goods, can only be returned where the mistake or fault is ours, if you have caused the fault by incorrect information input then we cannot replace or credit, you will need to purchase the item again with correct details.
A replacement product will be sent out to you once we receive the damage/faulty item back.
